This website's inquiry form prepares a draft email in your own email application. Your browser does not submit the form data to a Jolly Estates website database. Your information is transmitted only if you choose to send the resulting email. Your email provider and ours process that email under their respective policies.
Information we receive
If you email us, we may receive your name, email address, optional phone number, your inquiry, and other information you choose to include. We use it to respond, follow up, and keep normal business correspondence. Please do not send Social Security numbers, financial account details, or identification documents through this inquiry process.
Website hosting
The site is intended to be hosted by Wix. Wix and related infrastructure providers may process routine technical data required to serve the website, such as connection information, under their applicable terms and policies. This initial website does not implement its own analytics or advertising tracking scripts.
Information sharing and retention
We do not offer visitor contact details for sale. Correspondence may be accessible to service providers used for email and website hosting. Business correspondence is retained as reasonably necessary for inquiry handling and legitimate business purposes, subject to applicable law. A formal retention schedule has not yet been established.
