Application overview
1031 AI Control Tower is a private, locally operated real estate research workflow designed to assist with evaluating investment-property information and monitoring property-listing alerts. It is intended for use by its owner, not the public.
Gmail connection
The application requests read-only Gmail access to retrieve property-alert emails from selected listing services. This permission does not authorize the application to send, delete, or modify Gmail messages.
Data handling
Relevant alert messages can be downloaded for local parsing and analysis on owner-controlled equipment. Application access is restricted to the owner. Detailed retention, backup, deletion, and any third-party transfer practices are being finalized.
